Admissions

Registration is open for children from the age of 2 to 6 years old.
The parent (or parents) may visit and tour the school prior to admission by appointment only. The director will explain the school program, policies of the school and answer any questions you may have.

Admission Requirement
Each child, before the admission day, must have the contents of the student packet completed:

a. “Physician’s Report” a physical examination by a doctor, including a TB Test, to be certain that the child is in good physical health and free from any communicable diseases.

i. We adhere to state regulations regarding immunization records for your child. Immunization records must be provided upon enrollment. Your immunization record must be kept current. Validated proof of immunization should be submitted as your child receives new immunizations or booster shots.

b. a complete report of the child’s medical history must be submitted prior admission.

c. “Child’s Pre-admission Health History” - Parent’s Report

d. “Consent for Medical Treatment”

e. Admission Agreement

f. “Identification and Emergency Information”

g. “Notification of Parents’ Rights”

h. For the 1st day of school please bring: a picture of child for cubbies, a blanket (labeled), a change of clothes in a zip-locked bag (labeled).

Parents are responsible for keeping the school informed as to changes of address and other emergency information, i.e. employment change, new cell phone number, etc.
